This week, your writing assignment is to write a thesis statement for your first short paper, which is due on Feb. 19th. Write the first paragraph of your paper, making sure to include a statement that will be the thesis for the entire paper. A strong thesis paragraph will have a single sentence that sums up the entire paper.
