Second Paper

Unlike the first paper, for this paper I am asking you to come up with your own paper topic. As you come up with a topic, you are welcome to engage any aspect of our course -- the readings, films, discussions, or questions. Similar to the first paper, this paper is not a research project and you have to do no extra, outside research to complete it. Instead your paper should engage course materials to analyze further, deeper, or differently. I highly recommend you look back over discussion questions from previous sessions and you’re welcome to build your paper around a discussion question that either you or one of your colleagues wrote. I am also very happy to talk about possible paper topics with you in my office hours.

The final draft of this paper is due on Wednesday, Dec. 20th at 5pm. It should be at least 1500 words, which is about five pages double spaced.
